Q.1)What is the Islamic way to dispose off pages containing names of ALLAH and Prophets??-Ahmad Noorani- Lahore.
A) BismillALLAH-ir-Rahman-ir-Raheem.
Assalam-u-alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu,
It is permissible to erase these names and burn the rest of the pages.
However, according to the most preferred view, the pages which contain the name of ALLAH Ta῾āla or the prophets, should be buried or disposed off in flowing water and ALLAH knows best.
Q.2)If someone say talaq in his dream what is that meaning & is the person accountable?- Aziz, Singapore.

The utterance of talāq in ones dream is not valid and ALLAH knows best.
Q.3)While reading salat (namaj) with jamat, in magrib salat, in third raqaat, when the imam is reading the "alhamdo and then another surah" in his mind (not loudly), what we have to do?
Read the alhamdo in mind or not?- Rubeena, CT.

As per the Hanafi madhab, in the 3rd & 4th rakah - as in the 1st two rakah's - the muqtadi (follower) does not have to read anything.
Even in the silent prayers, i.e. Dhuhr & Asr- a muqtadi (follower) should not recite Surah Fatiha or any other surah .
And ALLAH knows best.
Q.4) Does a woman raise her hands to her shoulders or to her ears while performing Salah because often it is said that prayers for a man and a woman are the same?- Abida, USA.

A woman raises her hands to her shoulder level and ALLAH knows best.
Q.5) Some Questions one Women doing Bayah
1)How can a women take bayt?
2)Does she need the permission of her husband/father.
3)In what way can she communicate with Sheikh?
4)Can she talk to him directly?
5)Can she look at him?
6)Is sheikh's wife like a mother to the mureed(male/female)?
7)Can the word "mother of the Believers " be used for any one other than the wifes(RA) of Prophet Muhammad(saw)?
A) BismillALLAH-ir-Rahman-ir-Raheem.
Assalam-u-alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu,
1) Yes, it is allowed for women to take bai’ah.
2) No, she does not need permission in order to give bai’ah. However, it is advisable for her to discuss it with them.
3) She may either write to him or speak to him over the phone. If there is a need for her to speak to him in person, then she may do so while observing the rules of hijāb.

5) Muslim men and women should always strive to lower their gazes in accordance with the injunctions in the Qur’ān. However, if there is a need for her to look at him and no fear of fitnah or sexual desires exists, then she may do so.
6)The Shaykh’s wife is like a spiritual mother and not like an actual mother to the murīd- where by she can be considered as Mehram. All laws of hijāb must be maintained between the Shaykh’s wife and a male murīd.
7) Ummahāt al-Mu’minīn (Mother of the Believers) is a special term and honor for the wives of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم. It is not appropriate to include other women until the same title.
